The PGE Foundation is an independent, permanently endowed charitable organization that gives grants to nonprofits in Oregon only.
As the corporate foundation of Portland General Electric, the PGE Foundation continues its mission of making grants to improve the quality of life for all Oregonians. We strive to:
- Provide a broad range of grants that effectively meet the needs of Oregon's communities.
- Support programs that encourage communities to work together.
- Support nonprofit organizations that collaborate with each other.
- Carefully research projects, track results and award grants that provide the greatest benefits to Oregon.
- Collaborate with other foundations in statewide efforts.
The PGE Foundation is incorporated as a nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
